How to book private lessons with artists during Flow events<\/strong><\/h3>\n

 <\/p>\n

Artists brought to Taiwan by Flow can be booked for private lessons, depending on their availability. Flow classrooms can be rented during non-class hours (weekdays and weekends before 19:00). If the private is later, the artist(s) * may * be able to offer the private in their accommodation. They do not teach at other studios, students\u2019 homes, etc.\u00a0 Artists will usually offer two prices- one in their currency and another in NTD.\u00a0 The NTD price will be a little higher to cover conversion costs.<\/p>\n

People who registered for their special event at Flow can rent a classroom at the discounted private rate of NT$250 or 0.5 Flow Points per hour.\u00a0 This is only for renting the classroom.\u00a0 You must pay the artist separately for the private lesson.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n

To arrange a private lesson:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. –> Contact the artist(s) directly <– to check their availability (by Instagram or FB message) and confirm their price.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the Flow Website classroom rental page (C is preferred for privates) https:\/\/flowtaipei.com\/rental\/?classroomid=9_C<\/span><\/a> Log in and choose a date to see the available times.\u00a0 If C room is not available, check A & B rooms.<\/li>\n
  3. Select a time that works for the artist and click the Private Lesson option (if available)<\/li>\n
  4. If you want to use Flow points, click the \u7528\u9ede\u6578\u9810\u8a02 Book with Points button. * Done *<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. If you don’t have Flow Points<\/em>, click the Book Now button.\u00a0 The system will help you add rental credits to your cart.\u00a0 After you purchase the credits, go back to the classroom rental page, select the date and time again, and click Book Now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n

    You will receive an email with a passcode to open the studio.
    \nYou can see your rental details at     My Rentals<\/a> If you need to cancel, go to this page and use the cancel button.\u00a0 Special Event private lessons are refunded 100% if canceled more than 1 hour before, 70% if less than 1 hour.\u00a0 No-shows are not refunded.
    \nIf you need to change time, cancel your booking and make a new one.<\/p>\n
