Flow has regular evening classes during the week, so the studio is not available for rental after 19:00 Monday-Friday.\u00a0 <\/em>Saturday and Sunday night bookings (after 20:00) are only available for events. To book a Saturday or Sunday night event, please contact us directly.<\/p>\n

Flow uses a self-service rental system designed for regular renters.\u00a0 Our system uses Rental Credits<\/a> to book studio time.\u00a0 Discounts are based on the amount of credits you buy at one time (see the Rental Credits<\/a> page for discounts), and credits are good for 1 year, so you can buy more to get a discount and use them over time as needed.<\/p>\n

When you confirm a booking, your credits are deducted.\u00a0 If you cancel a booking, your credits are automatically refunded according to the cancellation policy, so you can easily reschedule.\u00a0 The cancellation policy is shown before you confirm a booking.<\/p>\n

  1. Log in<\/a> <\/strong>if you haven’t already. If you *never* registered online with Flow, Register Here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Fill out our Studio Rental Application<\/a><\/strong> (one-time) to help us understand what you would like to use the space for.<\/li>\n
  3. Choose a room<\/strong><\/a> and select a date to see the available times.\u00a0 Choose the time you want, and you will see the price in rental credits.<\/li>\n
  4. Buy Rental Credits<\/a><\/strong> if you don’t have enough.<\/li>\n
  5. You can confirm the rental directly or add it to your booking list for later.<\/li>\n
  6. When you confirm a booking, you will get an email with a passcode for the studio that will open the door up to 15 minutes before your booking starts.<\/li>\n
  7. You can find all of your bookings and passcodes in My Studio Rentals<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0 Instructions for how to open the door, turn on the lights, connect to the speakers etc are also found in\u00a0My Studio Rentals<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
