Zouk Level 3 starting 2025-11-13 (Ting, Cozyyi)

Zouk Level 3是巴西祖克課綱最進階的課程，學生將會訓練更多技巧例如Grounding、有效利用momentum、contraction和expansion，connection的維持以及音樂性。
新的動作會增加到level 3例如平衡、頭部動作包括傾斜轉圈和rotisserie及Dive。
Level 2所需要的技巧可能會造成危險學生若沒有祖克基礎的支持，所以學生必須經過老師的核准才能加入此堂課。
Zouk Level 3 is the most advanced class in our Brazilian Zouk curriculum.
Students will work on techniques such as grounding, using momentum efficiently, contraction and expansion, seeking connection, and musicality.
New dimensions to the dance are added with counterbalance and head movement, including tilted turns and rotisserie/dive.
This class includes techniques that can be unsafe if a student does not have the foundation to support them, so students must be approved by the teachers to join the class.
